Stir-Fried Broccoli

  Simple and delicious, works well with other veggies too.
Ingredients:
  2 tbsp   oil
  1 tbsp   fresh ginger, minced
  1 tsp   garlic, minced
  1 tsp   salt
  1 bunch   broccoli or 3 stalks (12 oz)
  3 tbsp   water
  1 tsp   sesame oil
Directions:
  Heat oil in a wok or skillet. Put the ginger, garlic and salt in a dish and add all at once to the hot oil. Stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add broccoli and toss for about a minute until it turns bright green. Add water and toss and cook another 2-3 minutes until just tender. Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with the sesame oil.

Optional: Add crushed red pepper flakes with the garlic and ginger for added heat.
