Steak Salad with Bleu Cheese and Strawberries

  Luscious berries and oranges tossed with crunchy nuts, crisp field greens, sharp and creamy bleu cheese, all dressed with a sweet vinaigrette and topped with steak!
  1 lb.   steak, thinly sliced and cooked
  1 (16 oz.) pkg.   field greens salad
  1 (4 oz.) pkg.   bleu cheese, crumbled
  1 (16 oz.) pkg   strawberries, washed, hulled, and sliced
  1 (15 oz.) can   mandarin oranges, drained
    candied pecans or almonds, optional
    blush or red wine vinaigrette
  If you have leftover grilled steak, slice it up while it's still cold and heat it in a skillet with a small amount of oil, just until it reaches your desired serving temp.

Then toss greens, cheese, fruit and nuts with vinaigrette and top with steak.
