Spinach Alfredo lasagna

Spinach and pork sausage mix to make this rich twist on lasagna. |
Ingredients: |

1 roll |
|
bulk pork sausage |
|
2 pkgs |
|
frozen spinach |
|
1 15oz |
|
tub ricotta cheese |
|
1 pkg |
|
lasagna noodles |
|
1 8oz |
|
package sheredded cheese (Any) |
|
1 jar |
|
Bertolli (that is the best) alfredo sauce |
|
1 Tbsp |
|
minced garlic ( i use jar garlic) |
|
|
|
salt and pepper to tatste |
|
1/2 cup |
|
parmesean cheese |
Directions: |

Boil and cook noodles until al dente. Make sure spinach is thawed and drained of All excess water. Brown sausage in fry pan, add garlic last 5 minutes. Meanwhile mix ricotta cheese,1/4 cup parmesean, 1/2 of the cheese package together in bowl.Add salt and pepper to ricotta mixture. Add spinach and alfredo sauce to sausage simmer until heated through. In 9x13 pan spread 1/3 sausage mix, noodles, then ricotta mix. Repeat. Top with remaining shredded cheese and top with remaining Parmesean. Bake at 350 for 45min.
