Spinach Alfredo lasagna

  Spinach and pork sausage mix to make this rich twist on lasagna.
Ingredients:
  1 roll   bulk pork sausage
  2 pkgs   frozen spinach
  1 15oz   tub ricotta cheese
  1 pkg   lasagna noodles
  1 8oz   package sheredded cheese (Any)
  1 jar   Bertolli (that is the best) alfredo sauce
  1 Tbsp   minced garlic ( i use jar garlic)
    salt and pepper to tatste
  1/2 cup   parmesean cheese
Directions:
  Boil and cook noodles until al dente. Make sure spinach is thawed and drained of All excess water. Brown sausage in fry pan, add garlic last 5 minutes. Meanwhile mix ricotta cheese,1/4 cup parmesean, 1/2 of the cheese package together in bowl.Add salt and pepper to ricotta mixture. Add spinach and alfredo sauce to sausage simmer until heated through. In 9x13 pan spread 1/3 sausage mix, noodles, then ricotta mix. Repeat. Top with remaining shredded cheese and top with remaining Parmesean. Bake at 350 for 45min.
