Spanish Rice

A very garlicy Spanish rice! |
Ingredients: |

1 cup |
|
white rice |
|
1 6 oz |
|
can of tomato sauce |
|
6 cloves |
|
garlic |
|
2 tbs |
|
olive oil |
|
12 oz |
|
water |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
salt |
Directions: |
|
peel whole cloves of the garlic and brown with rice in a skillet with the olive oil. When rice is browned slightly add the tomato sauce and water stirring for 1 minute. Cover, reduce to simmer, and cook for 20 more minutes. Fluff with fork when done.
