Spaghetti Marinara

Ingredients: |

3 T |
|
olive oil |
|
4 med |
|
garlic cloves, minced |
|
1 28 oz |
|
can crushed tomatoes |
|
1 14 oz |
|
can diced tomatoes |
|
4 T |
|
fresh basil minced |
|
1/4 t |
|
surgar or honey |
|
|
|
salt |
|
1 lb |
|
cooked spaghetti |
Directions: |
|
~ Add oil and garlic to saucepan over med. heat. Cook about 2 minutes. don't over cook or garlic gets bitter. Stir in both types of tomatoes with their juices. Simmer about 20 minutes. Till slightly thicker. Add sugar and basil. Add salt to taste. Toss with pasta.
