pork chops with a new flavor

  1 c   beef broth
  2 tsp   whole wheat flour
  1/2 tsp   salt
8 ea   pork chops about 1/4" thick
  1/4 tsp   dried thyme
  1 c   chopped onion
  2 Tbs   milk
  2 tsp   Dijon mustard
  1/4 tsp   pepper
  1/2 tsp   paprika
  1 Tbs   minced parsley
Directions:
Combine 1/4 c broth, milk, flour, mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl, stir with a whisk.

Sprinkle one side of each por chop with paprika and thyem. heat a large skillet over medium heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add half the pork to the pan and saute 1 - 1 1/2 minutes on each side or until pork is done and lightly browned. Remove pork from pan. Repeat w/ remaining chops. Remove pork when done. Reduce heat to medium and add chopped onion and sautee until lightly golden. Add remaining 3/4 c. broth and bring to boil. Cook 2 min and add milk mixutre stirring with a whist. Add pork, turning to coat. Cook about 1 minute and sprinkle with minced parsley before serving.

I made this (new recipe for me) and this is HIGH flavor in thyme. Not to our liking, I would cut the thyme in about 1/2 and make sure you put it ONLY on one side of the chops (I couldn't figure out why you put it only on one side and did both). Probably won't make again. :(
