  Brine and then smoke turkey
Ingredients:
  1 Gal   water
  1.50 cup   Kosher Salt
  0.50 cup   Sugar
  8 sprigs   Rosemary
  8 sprigs   Thyme
  12 cloves   Garlic
Directions:
  Mix Brine and soak turkey overnight
cover with Oil and smoke in Smoker
