Slow Sloppy Dogs

Great quick and easy meal. Kids love it! |
Ingredients: |

1 lb |
|
hot dogs - any kind, cut in 1/2 in. slices |
|
1 can |
|
chili beans or baked beans |
|
1 small |
|
onion chopped |
|
1 small |
|
red, yellow or green pepper chopped |
|
1 tsp |
|
yellow mustard |
|
1 T |
|
brown sugar |
|
1 can |
|
tomato sauce |
|
6 |
|
whole wheat hot dog buns |
|
|
|
shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions: |
|
place all ingrdients except buns and cheese in your slow cooker. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1-2 hours. Place some of the mixture on a bun and dress with cheese and anything else you like on a regular hot dog. Enjoy!
