Slow Roasted BBQ Beer ribs

So tasty. Can be baked and frozen until ready to use. I often make a couple batches during the cooler months then defrost and bbq them come summer when it's too hot to use the oven. |
Ingredients: |

|
pork ribs |
|
2 bottles |
|
beer |
|
1 |
|
bay leaf |
|
4 cloves |
|
garlic |
|
|
|
salt and pepper to taste |
|
1 tsp |
|
seasoning salt |
|
1 |
|
onion roughly chopped |
|
|
|
bbq sauce |
|
|
|
steak spice |
Directions: |
|
Preheat oven to 225*F, Cut up rib slabs into individual ribs. Put ribs in roaster and add next 6 ingredients. Slow roast for 2 to 3 hours. Drain ribs, brush with bbq sauce and sprinkle with steak spice. BBQ ribs until heated through and outside is crispy.
