Simple Turkey Soup

Turkey cooked and drained |

1 28 ounces |
|
Whole tomatoes undrained |
|
2 14 ounces |
|
beef broth |
|
1 16 ounces |
|
frozen mixed soup vegetables |
|
1 teaspoon |
|
salt |
|
1 teaspoon |
|
dried thyme |
|
1/2 teaspoon |
|
ground coriander |
|
|
|
dash black pepper |
Directions: |
|
Combine turkey tomatoes with juice, broth, vegetables barley salt thyme coriander and pepper in crockpot add water to cover
Cover cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or until barley and vegetables are tender
