Simple Turkey Soup

  Soup
Ingredients:
  2 pds   Turkey cooked and drained
  1 28 ounces   Whole tomatoes undrained
  2 14 ounces   beef broth
  1 16 ounces   frozen mixed soup vegetables
  1 teaspoon   salt
  1 teaspoon   dried thyme
  1/2 teaspoon   ground coriander
    dash black pepper
Directions:
  Combine turkey tomatoes with juice, broth, vegetables barley salt thyme coriander and pepper in crockpot add water to cover
Cover cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or until barley and vegetables are tender
