Simple Paella

  This is a very simple receipe that doesn't take very long to cook. You can use any amount of seafood or types as long as the liquid is 2 cups.
Ingredients:
  1 cup   rice
  1 can   tuna in water
  1 can   clams
  1 can   tiny shrimp
  1 can   tomato sauce 8oz
  1 lg pinch   saffron
  2 tbls   butter
  3 cloves   garlic
  1/4 cup   chopped green olives w/pimentos
Directions:
  Melt butter in large frying pan. Add rice and chopped garlic and then brown lightly. Drain and save the liquid from the three cans of seafood. Add to the rice the seafood, tomato sauce, liquid from the cans and additional water to make 2 cups of liquid, saffron, and olives. Heat to boiling and then reduce heat to simmer. Cook covered for 20 minutes.
