Simple Lo Mein Noodles

  The basic chinese noodle with a light sauce. perfect for tossing with any veggie or meat stir-fry or leftovers.
Ingredients:
  8 oz   curly noodle or thin spaghetti or linguine
  2 tbsp   sesame oil
  2 tbsp   oyster sauce
  1 tbsp   soy sauce or liquid aminos
  1/2 tsp   sugar
  2   green onions, chopped
Directions:
  Cook noodles according to package directions in salted water. Meanwhile, in a large serving dish mix the rest of the ingredients. When the noodles are done, drain well and rinse in hot water, drain again. Add hot noodles to the dish of sauce and toss until coated.

Optional: Add some siracha or chili-garlic sauce for added heat.
