Shrimp Stir Fry |
Ingredients: |

Olive Oil |
|
2 T |

Bottled minced ginger |
|
2 T |
|
Seasoned rice vinegar |
|
1 tsp |
|
Bottled minced garlic |
|
1 small |
|
Red bell pepper, bite sized |
|
1 cup |
|
veggies (brocoli, mushrooms, zucchini) |
|
1.50 lbs |
|
peeled & deveined large shrimp |
|
2 T |
|
Sesame Seeds |
|
2 Cups |
|
cooked brown rice |
Directions: |
|
Heat oil in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Combine ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and garlic in a separate bowl. Add vegetables to the pan and and stir-fry two minutes or until tender. Add shrimp and stir-fry three minutes or until done. Add soy sauce mixture and cook one minute. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with brown rice.
