Shredded Beef Pot Roast with Rotel Salsa. Flour Tortillas, Cheese, Sour Cream, Salsa. Side of Refried Beans and Rice. |

Pork/ Beef Roast(whatever's on sale) |

1 |
|
Can of Rotel Salsa(Your choice of hot, mild, etc.) |

|
Packages of Flour Tortillas |

|
Sour cream |
|

|
Salsa |
|
1 |
|
Bag of Shredded Mexican Cheese |
Directions: |

Put the roast in your crock pot and pour the can of Rotel salsa on top. Cook for 6-8 hours. Shred roast. Fill tortilla with meat, cheese, sour cream, salsa, etc. Serve with Rice and Refried Beans.
