Shredded Beef Tacos

  Shredded Beef Pot Roast with Rotel Salsa. Flour Tortillas, Cheese, Sour Cream, Salsa. Side of Refried Beans and Rice.
Ingredients:
  1   Pork/ Beef Roast(whatever's on sale)
  1   Can of Rotel Salsa(Your choice of hot, mild, etc.)
  2   Packages of Flour Tortillas
  1   Sour cream
  1   Salsa
  1   Bag of Shredded Mexican Cheese
Directions:
  Put the roast in your crock pot and pour the can of Rotel salsa on top. Cook for 6-8 hours. Shred roast. Fill tortilla with meat, cheese, sour cream, salsa, etc. Serve with Rice and Refried Beans.
