Shana's Angel hair pasta with chicken and veggies

  Flavorful chicken and veggies on pasta.
Ingredients:
  2 Tbl   Olive Oil
  2   Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (cubed)
  1 10 oz. pkg   Frozen Broccoli (thawed)
  2 cloves   garlic (minced)
  1 12 oz. pkg   Angel Hair Pasta
  1/4 cup   Parmesan Cheese
  2   Carrots (sliced)
  2/3 cup   Chicken Broth
  1 tsp.   Dried Basil
Directions:
  Heat 1 Tbl. oil in skillet and cook chicken pieces, once cooked set on paper towel. Heat remaining oil, add carrots and cook for 4 minutes. Add broccoli and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Then add chicken broth, basil and parmesan cheese, stir and simmer for 4 minutes. Cook pasta according to directions ok pkg and drain. Top noodles with chicken and veggie mix. If mixture is to dry you can always add more chicken broth.
