Sesame/Ginger Pork Wontons

  Sesame and Ginger pork wontons with Thai chili
Ingredients:
  1 lb   Ground Pork
  1/2 cup   Carrots grated
  1/2 cup   shredded cabbage
  1/2 cup   Chopped Bean Sprouts
  2 tblsp   Toasted Sesame Seeds
  1 tsp   Ground Ginger
  1 tsp   cumin
    Thai or Red Chili to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
  1/4 cup   Lighthouse Brand Ginger/Sesame Marinade
Directions:
  Mix all ingredients

spoon approx 1 to 1 1/2tblsp of mixture into wonton wrappers and fry till golden brown.


Serve with Rice o' Roni Teriyaki Rice and dipping sauce of choice
