Seasoned Oven Potatoes

very delicious side dish; easy to prepare - no peeling required |
Ingredients: |

1/3 c. |
|
olive oil |
|
1/4 c. |
|
melted butter |
|
1 envelope |
|
onion soup mix |
|
1 tsp. |
|
dried thyme |
|
1 tsp. |
|
dried marjoram |
|
1/4 tsp. |
|
pepper |
|
2 lb. |
|
red potatoes, quartered |
Directions: |
|
Combine first 6 ingredients in shallow bowl. Add potatoes a few at a time, tossing to coat. Place in one layer in greased baking pan. Pour remainder of oil mixture over. Bake uncovered at 450 degrees for 50 minutes.
