Sausage Pizza Wraps

Yummy pizza in a wrap. Can be made using andy variety of ingredients. 15 min prep time 30 min cook time. |
Ingredients: |

1 lb |
|
Ground sausage |
|
1 |
|
Green Bell Pepper finely chopped |
|
1 |
|
medium onion finely chopped |
|
1 1/2 cup |
|
fresh white button mushrooms sliced |
|
2 tubes |
|
refrigerated pizza crust |
|
1 14.5 oz |
|
can pizza sauce |
|
4 cup |
|
shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions: |

Preheat oven to 375 F. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add sausage, green pepper, onion and mushrooms, Cook breaking up large chunks of sausage with a wooden spoon until no logfer pink (about 7 min) Drain. Unroll one pizza crust on a greased cookie sheet and spread with half of the pizza sauce. Top with half of the ssusage mixture and cheese and roll into a log seam, side down pinching the ends and seam so the filling does not leak out. repeat with second pizza. Bake 30 min or until golden brown Slice and serve.
