Salt and Pepper Pork

Super simple and delicious! These will become a favorite go-to meal, even great for company. |
Ingredients: |

3 tbsp |
|
liquid aminos or soy sauce |
|
2 tbsp |
|
cornstartch |
|
1 tbsp |
|
sugar |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
salt |
|
1 tsp |
|
fresh ground pepper, about 40 grinds |
|
1 lb |
|
boneless thin cut pork chops or pork tenderloin thinly sliced |
|
2 tbsp |
|
light olive oil or peanut oil |
Directions: |

In a glass dish, mix aminos, cornstarch, sugar, salt and pepper until smooth. Add pork and turn until it is all well coated. Refrigerate 1-24 hours. Heat oil in a large skillet until very hot. Add the pork in batches and cook 1-2 min per side. Do not crowd the pan. Serve hot or warm.
