Salsbury Steak

Ingredients:
  1 lb   Ground Beef
  2 ea   eggs
  2 ea   sliced bread
  2 on   sliced mushroom
  8 oz   Cream of Mushroom Soup
  4 oz   milk
  1 oz   sour cream
Directions:
  Salisbury Steaks:

Mix the ground beef and eggs in a bowl

Tear the bread into small pieces and add to mix. Mix by hand.

Form into patties

Fry patties on medium heat in dry skillet (I prefer cast iron) until well done (about 15 mins on medium heat)

Gravy:

Add the Cream of Mushroom soup, milk, and sour cream to the Salisbury steak drippings, mixing to a desired consistency
