  Salisbury Steak
Ingredients:
  3 10 3/4 oz Cans   Cream of Mushroom Soup
  1 lb   Ground Beef
  1/3 cup   Italian Style Breadcrumbs
  1   Egg
  2 Tbsp   Vegetable Oil
Directions:
  In a large bowl mix 1/4 cup of soup, beef, breadcrumbs and egg. Form into patties. Heat oil in skillet and brown patties well on each side. Removed patties from the pan and pour in remaining soup. Return patties to the skillet and cover. Reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes until patties are cooked through.
