Rotini w/Pork & Pepper Pasta Sauce

  Quick and easy pasta dish!
Ingredients:
  1/2 8 oz   Rotini uncooked
  3 Tablespoons   Olive Oil
  1/2 each   Green Pepper Cut in Strips
  1/2 each   Red Bell Pepper Cut in Strips
  1 lb.   Pork Tenderloin cut into 1/2" cubes
  2 cloves   Garlic, finely chopped
  1 26 oz.   Jar Pasta Sauce
  1/4 teaspoon   Dried Thyme Leaves
Directions:
  Cook Pasta according to package directions. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil. In a large skillet, over medium heat, cook and stir peppers and onion in remaining 2 tablespoons oil until tender; remove. In same skillet, over medium-high heat, cook and stir port and garlic until browned. Add pasta sauce and thyme; reduce heat and simmer partially covered 20 minutes or until pork is tender, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables. Serve with hot cooked pasta.
