Roast Beef Hash

Using left over roast (beef or pork) ground, shredded potato's and carrots, chopped green onions and season to taste. |
Ingredients: |

ground roast beef |
|
2 cups |
|
shredded potatoes |
|
1 cup |
|
shredded carrots |
|
1/2 cup |
|
chopped green onion |
|
1 tsp |
|
Ms. Dash table blend |
Directions: |
|
Using a meat grinder, grind left over roast. Mix in potato's, carrots, onions, and seasoning in a large bowl. Spray 13inch x 2inch baking pan with cooking spray and spoon in the mixture. Pat down to make a solid rectangle. Bake at 350, covered with foil for 35 - 45 minutes until potatoes and carrots are done.
