Red Lentils with Artichokes

  nice with brown rice or grilled fish
Ingredients:
  2 Cloves   Garlic
  1 1/4 Cup   Red Lentils
  4 Tbs   Olive Oil
  2   Red Onions
  99.99 grams   Canned Artichoke Hearts
  1 Tbs   Capers
  99.99 grams   Tomatoes
  1/4 Cup   Tomato Paste
  1 Tbs   Balsamic Vinegar
  1 Tbs   Honey
Directions:
  Boil Lentils in large pan of boiling water, boil uncovered for 8 minutes.
Heat half the oil in a wok.
Add onions and garlic, stir fry.
Add remaining oil, artichokes, capers, tomatoes and stir until heated.
Add lentils and remaining ingredients.
Stir until hot.
Serve with grilled fish or brown rice
