Really great chicken

  Chicken in sauce, freezes well. The sauce makes excellent gravy.
Ingredients:
  8   chicken parts
  1 cup   finely chopped onion
  1 can   Campbell's golden mushroom soup
  3 tbsp   margerine
  1 can   stems & pieces mushrooms
  1/4 cup   dry white wine (can substitute apple juice or water)
Directions:
  Arrage chicken in a single layer in bottom of baking dish. In a seperate pan saute onions in margerine until soft. Stir in soup, mushrooms, and liquid. Spoon over chicken. Bake at 375 for one hour, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
