Really great chicken

Chicken in sauce, freezes well. The sauce makes excellent gravy. |
Ingredients: |

|
chicken parts |
|
1 cup |
|
finely chopped onion |
|
1 can |
|
Campbell's golden mushroom soup |
|
3 tbsp |
|
margerine |
|
1 can |
|
stems & pieces mushrooms |
|
1/4 cup |
|
dry white wine (can substitute apple juice or water) |
Directions: |

Arrage chicken in a single layer in bottom of baking dish. In a seperate pan saute onions in margerine until soft. Stir in soup, mushrooms, and liquid. Spoon over chicken. Bake at 375 for one hour, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
