Raspberry Chicken Breast w/ Fresh Herbs (JP)

  raspberry chicken breast w/ fresh herbs
Ingredients:
  2 each   boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  2 Tbsp   raspeberry vinegar
  1/2 Tbsp   extra virgin olive oil
  1/2 tsp   salt
  1/4 tsp   ground pepper
  1/2 Tbsp   fresh parsley, chopped
  1/2 Tbsp   fresh chives, chopped
  1/2 tsp   fresh thyme, chopped
  1/2 tsp   fresh tarragon, chopped
  2 cloves   garlic, minced
Directions:
  Combine vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil, parsley, chives, thyme, tarragon and garlic in small bowl. Drizzle over the chicken breasts. Place chicken on an unheated rack in a broiler pan, broil 4-5 inches from the heat for about 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn chicken and brown for an additional 5-15 minutes until the chicken is tender and no longer pink.
