A tasty and quick way to turn regular hamburgers into something the whole family will love. Also a good way to prpare them for people who are on low carb diets, or just don't like the buns. |
Ingredients: |

3 lbs |
|
90/10 Grond Beef |
|
1 packet |
|
Dry ranch dressing mix |
|
1 |
|
egg |
Directions: |
|
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Divide into six even balls.
Mash each ball into a patty and set on wax paper.
Cook as desired in a grill, stove top, or broil in oven.
Serve on a bun with all your personal favorite fixings, or between to pieces of lettuce for a low carb version.
