Quick and Easy Potato Soup

Quick and Easy says it all! I love potato soup but hate the time it takes to make it! So I made this on my own as a try it out and everyone loved it and thought I had cooked it all day! But it really only takes 30 min!!! |
Ingredients: |

2 10oz bags |
|
Frozen Diced Potatoes with peppers and onions |
|
1 10.75 oz can |
|
Cream of Celery Soup |
|
1 10.75 oz can |
|
Cream of Mushroom Soup |
|
2 Cups |
|
Milk |
|
1 pinch |
|
Salt |
|
1 pinch |
|
black pepper |
|
2 10 oz |
|
Diced Ham |
Directions: |

Combine all ingreidents in a med. size stock pot mix well. Heat on high 5 min or until brought to a boil. Turn heat to simmer and cook for 25 min or until potatoes a soft.
Mix it up!
We top it with Shedded cheese, sour cream, salsa, Then it taste like a big ole bowl of baked potatoes! yummy!
