Quick and easy egg casserole for breakfast or dinner! |
Ingredients: |

6 slices |
|
white bread, torn |
|
1 lb |
|
bulk sausage, cooked, drained |
|
1 cup |
|
shredded cheddar cheese |
|
6 |
|
eggs |
|
2 cups |
|
milk |
|
1 tsp |
|
salt |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
pepper |
Directions: |
|
Heat oven to 350.
Place bread in 13x9 inch baking pan or casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with sausage and cheese.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper with whisk until well blended; pour over ingredients in pan.
Bake 40-45 min. or until casserole is set in center and top is lightly browned.
