Pull Apart Bacon Bread

Oh so tasty combination of bread, cheese and bacon! |
Ingredients: |

12 slices |
|
bacon (diced) |
|
1 lb |
|
bread dough (frozen, thawed) |
|
2 tblsp |
|
olive oil (divided) |
|
1 cup |
|
mozarella cheese (shredded) |
|
1 oz |
|
ranch salad dressing |
Directions: |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat for 5 minutes or until partially cooked; drain on paper towels.
Roll out dough to 1/2" thickness; brush with 1 tblsp oil.
Cut into 1" pieces; place in a large bowl.
Add bacon, cheese, dressing mix and remaining oil; toss to coat
Arrange pieces in a bundt pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cover with foil; bake 5-10 minutes longer or until golden brown.
