Protein Packed Baked Potato

  Baked potato
Ingredients:
  2   baked potatoes
  1/2 cup   fat free cottage cheese
  1/2 cup   diced chicken, cooked
  2 T   diced tomatoes
  2 T   salsa
  2 T   low fat shredded cheese
Directions:
  Cut open each baked potato and top with the rest of the ingredients.
