  potato casserole
Ingredients:
  2 lbs   frozen hash browns, thaw and break up
  1/2 cup   butter, melted
  1 tsp   salt
  1/4 tsp   pepper
  1/4 cup   onion, chopped
  1 can   cream of chicken soup
  8 oz   sour cream
  2 cup   sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  1.50 cup   corn flakes
Directions:
  Mix all ingredients. Pour in oblong casserole dish. Top with 1 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes and drizzle with one stick melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
