Pot Roast with Potatoes and Carrots

  Crock pot cooked pot roast with potatoes and carrots.
Ingredients:
  2 lbs   Beef Roast
  5 each   Potatoes
  2 cups   sliced carrots
  1 each   onion
  1/2 cup   wine
  1 tsp   seasoning salt
  1 cup   water
  2 stalks   celery
Directions:
  Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook for at least 8 hours.
