low sugar spaghetti sauce |
|
1/2 cup |
|
lean turkey sausage |
|
1/4 cup |
|
low fat mozzerella |
|
2 tsp |
|
low fat shredded parmesan |
|
1 Tbsp |
|
chopped fresh parsley |
Directions: |
|
Preheat oven to 350F. Wipe mushrooms clean of dirt, place on baking sheet stem side up. Spoon sauce over each cap and sprinkle on sausage and cheese. Bake 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with fresh basil.
