Portabello Pizza

  Portabello Pizza
Ingredients:
  4   Portabello Mushrooms
  1/2 cup   low sugar spaghetti sauce
  1/2 cup   lean turkey sausage
  1/4 cup   low fat mozzerella
  2 tsp   low fat shredded parmesan
  1 Tbsp   chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 350F. Wipe mushrooms clean of dirt, place on baking sheet stem side up. Spoon sauce over each cap and sprinkle on sausage and cheese. Bake 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with fresh basil.
