Pork Tenderloin w/gravy

Very tasty and easy Pork tenderloin dish. |
Ingredients: |

2 .75 oz |
|
packets dry brown gravy mix |
|
1 cup |
|
water |
|
6 Tbs |
|
soy sauce |
|
4 Tbs |
|
Balsamic Vinegar or red wine vinegar |
|
2 cloves |
|
garlic minced |
|
1 1.5 lbs |
|
pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2 inch slices |
|
1/2 cup |
|
olive or vegetable oil |
|
1 lb |
|
fresh mushrooms, sliced |
|
2 medium |
|
onions, sliced and seperated into rings |
Directions: |
|
In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients until bleneded; set aside. In large skillet, brown pork in oil on all sides, stir in gravy mixture, mushrooms and onion. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until meat juices run clear and vegeables are tender. Serve over rice.
