Pork Tenderloin w/gravy

  Very tasty and easy Pork tenderloin dish.
Ingredients:
  2 .75 oz   packets dry brown gravy mix
  1 cup   water
  6 Tbs   soy sauce
  4 Tbs   Balsamic Vinegar or red wine vinegar
  2 cloves   garlic minced
  1 1.5 lbs   pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  1/2 cup   olive or vegetable oil
  1 lb   fresh mushrooms, sliced
  2 medium   onions, sliced and seperated into rings
Directions:
  In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients until bleneded; set aside. In large skillet, brown pork in oil on all sides, stir in gravy mixture, mushrooms and onion. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until meat juices run clear and vegeables are tender. Serve over rice.
