Pork Pepper Steak

serves: 3
  traditonal pepper-steak using pork surloin
Ingredients:
  3 small   pork surloin steaks
  1 med   bell pepper
  1 small   sweet onion
  4 oz   mushrooms
  2 tbsp   vegetable oil
  1 clove   fresh gasrlic
Directions:
  cook pork in 2 tbsp oil in heavy frypan on medium heat until no longer pink. Push pork to the side and add vegetables, cut into strips (slice mushrooms thickly) and thinly-sliced (and peeled!) garlic clove. Add a little more oil if needed. Saute veggies in oil until tender crisp. Turn pork steaks over as needed to prevent burning and encourage crisping of outside. Place steaks on each plate and spoon veggies over the tops.
