Pork Loin Bacon wrapped Medallions

  Sliced Pork Loin into pieces , quick meal Preheat oven to 400. Serve worth baked sweet potatoes sweetened with marshmellows (scrape out seeet potatoes and mix the scrapings with 2 cups marshmellows, cinnamon and ginger, butter to taste and put back in potato shells.
Ingredients:
  2 pounds   pork loin
  8 slices   bacon
  1 tablesp   garlic powder
  1 teasp   Lawery salt
  1 teasp   basil
  1 teasp   dried oregano
  2 tab1esp   butter
  2 tabblesp   olive oil
  8 toothpicks   toothpicks
Directions:
  Cut pork loin into 8 pieces, Lightly brown bacon to leave flexible which will take 6 to 7 min, , drain on paper towels, Wrap bacon around medallions and secure with toothpicks, Dip medallions in spaces mixed in bowl, (Lawery salt, basil, oregano) Melt butter and olive oil in fry pan Cook medallions on each side for 4 min. eachside. Place skillet in oven and baske at 400 for 17 to 20 min,

Serve with baked sweet potatoes
