FUN CRAFT/NONEDIBLE RECIPE: Make your own Play Dough at home so you can make whatever color you want and even add scents and glitter.
Ingredients:
  1 cup   Flour
  1/4 cup   Salt
  1 packet   Kool-Aid Mix
  2/3 cup   Water (amount varies)
  1 Tbsp   Vegtable Oil
  1 Tbsp   Glitter

  FUN CRAFT/NONEDIBLE RECIPE

Mix the flour, the salt, glitter and the Kool-Aid together in a bowl. Boil the water and add the oil to the water. Pour some of the water into the dry ingredients and mix with a spoon. Keep adding water and work the dough until the color is uniform and feels like play dough.

The Kool-Aid gives your play dough scent and color. You can try out different variations on this recipe by replacing the Kool-Aid with food coloring (a few drops) or even adding spices like cinnamon, cloves or whatever you like. Store play dough in an air tight container. This recipe makes about 12 oz. which I use to refill old containers originally filled with store bought play dough. The pink/glitter combo was a HUGE hit with my daughter. Glitter could also be added to a dark blue or black dough for a sea or space theme. Have fun experimenting!
