Unroll crescent dough and separate in to 4 rectangles.
Place on lightly floured surface and press perforations together to seal.
Roll out each piece of dough to 7x5 inch rectangle.
Place 4 pepperoni slices on one of the short sides of each dough rectangle, 1 inch from edge of dough.
Mix mozzarella cheese and pizza sauce.
Spread evenly over pepperoni.
Fold dough rectangle crosswise in half.
Seal edges completely with fork.
Place on baking sheet.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown.
