  Pesto frittata
Ingredients:
  6   Eggs
  1 cup   pesto
  1 cup   spinach
Directions:
  Beat all ingredients together and put into greased frypan on medium heat.
When bottom looks set wrap handle in foil and put under griller for about 5 mins till top cooked.
Cool slightly and slice
