Peanut Dipping Sauce

Serve with Shrimp Summer Rolls, or noodles (as in Soba Peanut Noodles), or with grilled chicken or beef (typically skewered Sate). |
Ingredients: |

|
rice vinegar |
|

garlic cloves |
|
2 tbsp |
|
fresh ginger, minced |
|
1/4 cup |
|
natural or regular peanut butter |
|
2 tbsp |
|
honey |
|
2 tsp |
|
Braggs liquid aminos or soy sauce |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
crushed red pepper flakes |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
sesame oil |
Directions: |

In a bowl combine the rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, peanut butter, honey, Braggs, pepper flakes and sesame oil and whisk until combined.
