Pasta Fagioli

  Pasta Fagioli is Italian for Pasta and Beans. Basically it's just pasta with a bean sauce.
Ingredients:
  2 15 oz can   Beans (Northern, Kidney or Pinto), drained
  2 cloves   Garlic, minced
  1/2 head   Onion, chopped
  1/2 cup   Milk
  1 tsp   Italian seasoning
  1 Tbsp   Parmesan cheese
  12 oz   Cooked pasta (linguine, penne, etc.)
Directions:
  First make the sauce: Saute 2 cans of bean, half an onion and garlic. Mash the ingredients together using a potato masher or a wooden spoon. Add enough milk to cream the beans together. Add Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon the sauce over the cooked pasta.
