Papas Buttery Pound Cake

Rich and buttery pound cake, Not weight watchers!! |
Ingredients: |

1 1/3 cup |
|
White sugar |
|
1 cup |
|
butter |
|
5 each |
|
eggs |
|
1/4 cup |
|
half & half |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
vanella extract |
|
1 3/4 cup |
|
AP Flower sifted |
Directions: |
|
1.Separate the eggs. Beat the whites to stiff peaks, and save the yolks.
2.In a large bowl, cream sugar and butter or margarine. Beat in egg yolks. Stir in half&half and vanilla.
3. Add flour, 1 cup at a time. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour batter into well greased loaf pan.
4.Bake for 60 minutes at 325 degrees F.test w/toothpick.
