Papas Buttery Pound Cake

  Rich and buttery pound cake, Not weight watchers!!
Ingredients:
  1 1/3 cup   White sugar
  1 cup   butter
  5 each   eggs
  1/4 cup   half & half
  1/2 tsp   vanella extract
  1 3/4 cup   AP Flower sifted
Directions:
 
1.Separate the eggs. Beat the whites to stiff peaks, and save the yolks.

2.In a large bowl, cream sugar and butter or margarine. Beat in egg yolks. Stir in half&half and vanilla.

3. Add flour, 1 cup at a time. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour batter into well greased loaf pan.

4.Bake for 60 minutes at 325 degrees F.test w/toothpick.
