Oven potato casserole

  Fast & easy side dish that can be made the day before. Left overs freeze well. Always a big hit at potlucks.
Ingredients:
  2 lbs   Ranch style frozen hash browns
  1 can   cream of mushroom soup
  1 cup   finely diced onion
  16 oz   sour cream
  1/2 cup   melted margerine
  8 oz   grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
  Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Put in a large casserole and bake for 40 minutes at 375. Sprinkle with parmasean cheesse and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
