Oven fried chicken tenders

Breaded, broiled "chicken tenders"
|
Ingredients: |

1 pound |
|
boneless, skinless chicken breast |
|
3 whole |
|
eggs |
|
1 cup |
|
breadcrumbs |
Directions: |
|
Cut chicken into "tenders" and pat dry with paper towel.
Scramble the egg.
Dip chicken into egg.
Coat chicken with breadcrumbs.
Broil in oven for 6-7 minutes each side (depending on size of tenders).
