Oriental Chicken Salad

Nice light salad, great for summer nights. |
Ingredients: |

1 Head |
|
Cabbage, shredded (or prepared slaw mix) |
|
1 cup |
|
slivered almonds |
|
3 tbls |
|
sesame seeds |
|
2 bunches |
|
green onions, chopped |
|
2 cups |
|
cooked chicken (choopped) or out of the can |
|
2 3 oz pkg |
|
Top Ramen Chicken flavored noodles |
|
|
|
DRESSING |
|
|
|
Top Ramen season packet |
|
1/2 cup |
|
sugar |
|
1/4 cup |
|
tarragon vinegar (or apple cider vinegar) |
|
1/4 cup |
|
vegetable oil |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
pepper |
|
2 tbsl |
|
soy sauce |
Directions: |
|
Toast almonds and sesame seeds in skillet with cooking spray until golden brown
Break nnoodles into small pieces.
Mix cabbage, chicken, geen onions, noodles and toasted almonds and seeds
DRESSING
Mix all the dressing the dressing ingredients together in a bowl and whisk until well blended. Or you can use a dressing shaker jar.
Combine the dressing, slaw and noodles and mix well.
Chill until serving
