Nonnies Potatos Frozen Twice Baked 1st time

  have regular baked potato one day- make rest into twice baked potato and freeze for later use
Ingredients:
  12   baking potaoes
  1/2 cup   butter or margarine
  2 cup   cheddar cheese, shredded
  1/4 cup   bacon bits- imitation kind or real
  8 ounce container   sour cream
Directions:
  bake potatoes for 1 1/2 hour at 400 degrees. Cut potato in half lengthwise, Scoop potato out. Saving skins. Mash potatoes add other ingredients, then stuff back into shells. I freeze the potatoes on a cookie sheet then after they are hard i freeze into freezer bags- You can take out how ever many potatoes you need- you can microwave them for about 6-8 minutes or bake at 350 for 1/2 hour
