have regular baked potato one day- make rest into twice baked potato and freeze for later use |
Ingredients: |

|
baking potaoes |
|
1/2 cup |
|
butter or margarine |
|
2 cup |
|
cheddar cheese, shredded |
|
1/4 cup |
|
bacon bits- imitation kind or real |
|
8 ounce container |
|
sour cream |
Directions: |
|
bake potatoes for 1 1/2 hour at 400 degrees. Cut potato in half lengthwise, Scoop potato out. Saving skins. Mash potatoes add other ingredients, then stuff back into shells. I freeze the potatoes on a cookie sheet then after they are hard i freeze into freezer bags- You can take out how ever many potatoes you need- you can microwave them for about 6-8 minutes or bake at 350 for 1/2 hour
