easy, low cost- very versitile- you can actually use any chicken and any cream soup (chicken, celery or mushroom) |
Ingredients: |

chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless |
|
2 10 oz cans |
|
cream of chicken soup |
|
1 cup |
|
sour cream |
|
1 box |
|
herb seasoned stuffing mix |
|
1/2 cup |
|
butter or margarine, melted |
|
1 1/4 cup |
|
water |
|
|
|

Directions: |
|
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x12 cake pan, arrange chicken in bottom of it. Mix soup and 1/4 cup water and 1 cup sour cream together, pour over chicken. Add 1 cup water to stuffing over put over chicken, Pour melted butter over stuffing. cover with foil bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hour.
