Nonnies Chicken Breasts with Stuffing

  easy, low cost- very versitile- you can actually use any chicken and any cream soup (chicken, celery or mushroom)
Ingredients:
  4   chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
  2 10 oz cans   cream of chicken soup
  1 cup   sour cream
  1 box   herb seasoned stuffing mix
  1/2 cup   butter or margarine, melted
  1 1/4 cup   water
    foil
Directions:
  Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x12 cake pan, arrange chicken in bottom of it. Mix soup and 1/4 cup water and 1 cup sour cream together, pour over chicken. Add 1 cup water to stuffing over put over chicken, Pour melted butter over stuffing. cover with foil bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hour.
