Nonnies Beef & Noddles

  cook beef in crock pot
Ingredients:
  1 pound   beef chuck roast
  1 quart   water
  1/2 bag   noodles
  4   beef bouion cubes
Directions:
  Place bouion cubes, water and beef into crock pot, cook 8 hours on high, transfer beef and water to stock pan place on stove and bring to boil, add noodles and cook until soft, you may need to add more water. serve over mashed potato or rice
