Mostly Mu Shu Pork

  Sounds interesting, never made it but looks easy and yummy!
Ingredients:
  1 Tb   oil
  4 c   coleslaw mix
  1 sm   onion
  1 lb   pork roast, cooked & cubed
  2 Tb.   hoisin sauce
  2 Tb   soy sauce
Directions:
  In large non-stick skillet heat oil over medium heat. Stir fry cabbage and onion about four minutes or until tender. Add pork, hoisin sauce and soy sauce. Heat through.

Serve on brown rice.
